About these terms

Hopstitch LLC operates Hopstitch Marketing Uploader, an internal advertising operations tool used by our team to create, manage, and review Meta advertising assets for our own business and owned brands, including Elementi. Elementi is a brand operated by Hopstitch LLC.

These Terms of Service describe the permitted use of Hopstitch Marketing Uploader.

Hopstitch Marketing Uploader is not a public consumer application, is not offered as a third-party service, is not multi-tenant, and is not used by external customers or third-party advertisers.

Authorized use

Use of Hopstitch Marketing Uploader is limited to authorized Hopstitch LLC team members, contractors, and approved internal systems acting on behalf of Hopstitch LLC.

The app may be used only for internal advertising operations related to Hopstitch LLC's own business and owned brands, including Elementi.

Authorized uses may include:

Creating and uploading ad creatives
Creating, updating, or managing campaigns, ad sets, and ads
Reviewing advertising configuration and delivery status
Troubleshooting internal ad upload workflows
Maintaining internal operational, audit, accounting, security, and compliance records

Meta platform use

Hopstitch Marketing Uploader may use Meta's Marketing API / Graph API to access and manage limited business and advertising data for Hopstitch LLC's own Meta business assets.

Use of the app must comply with Meta's applicable platform terms, developer policies, advertising standards, Marketing API requirements, and any other applicable Meta policies.

The app uses a Meta Business Manager System User token assigned only to Hopstitch LLC's own business assets. The app is not intended to access third-party ad accounts or advertising assets.

Restrictions

Users and internal systems may not use Hopstitch Marketing Uploader to:

Access, manage, or modify advertising assets that Hopstitch LLC is not authorized to manage
Provide advertising services to third-party advertisers through the app
Sell, rent, transfer, or misuse Meta platform data
Build profiles about individuals using Meta platform data accessed through the app
Bypass internal approval, security, or access-control procedures
Violate Meta policies, applicable advertising laws, or applicable privacy laws
Interfere with the security, stability, or intended operation of the app

Access control and security

Access to Hopstitch Marketing Uploader is limited to authorized Hopstitch LLC team members and approved internal systems.

API credentials, access tokens, and related secrets must be stored securely and must not be shared publicly, embedded in public code, or disclosed to unauthorized parties.

Access may be suspended, restricted, or revoked at any time when it is no longer needed, when a person or system is no longer authorized, when there is a security concern, or when the app is decommissioned.

Data handling

Hopstitch LLC does not sell, rent, or share Meta platform data accessed through Hopstitch Marketing Uploader with third parties for advertising, profiling, resale, or unrelated commercial purposes.

Data accessed through the app is used only for internal advertising operations, troubleshooting, security, audit, accounting, compliance, and business recordkeeping purposes.

No public availability

Hopstitch Marketing Uploader is an internal business tool. External users do not create accounts in the app, and the app is not made available for public registration or public use.

Changes to these terms

Hopstitch LLC may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our internal tools, business operations, legal obligations, or Meta platform requirements. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made.
