Hopstitch LLC operates Hopstitch Marketing Uploader, an internal advertising operations tool used by our team to create, manage, and review Meta advertising assets for our own business and owned brands, including Elementi. Elementi is a brand operated by Hopstitch LLC.
Hopstitch Marketing Uploader is not a public consumer application, is not offered as a third-party service, is not multi-tenant, and is not used by external customers or third-party advertisers.
This policy explains how we retain and manage data related to Hopstitch Marketing Uploader.
Categories of data that may be retained
Hopstitch Marketing Uploader may retain limited business and advertising data related to Hopstitch LLC's own advertising operations, including:
- Meta ad account identifiers and account metadata
- Campaign, ad set, ad, and ad creative information
- Advertising performance and delivery information
- Page, Instagram, catalog, or business asset identifiers needed to create or manage ads
- Creative asset information needed for Hopstitch LLC's own advertising workflows

The app does not intentionally collect or retain personal consumer data from Meta users.

Deletion, archiving, and restriction

Access tokens, API credentials, and related secrets are revoked or rotated when they are no longer needed, when an authorized person or system no longer requires access, when there is a security concern, or when the app is decommissioned.
Data sharing
Hopstitch LLC does not sell, rent, or share Meta platform data with third parties for advertising, profiling, resale, or unrelated commercial purposes.
Data may be processed by secure internal infrastructure or service providers only where necessary for hosting, logging, security, backup, troubleshooting, or legal compliance.
External user clarification
Because Hopstitch Marketing Uploader is an internal business tool, external users do not create accounts in the app.
