About this policy
Hopstitch LLC operates Hopstitch Marketing Uploader, an internal advertising operations tool used by our team to create, manage, and review Meta advertising assets for our own business and owned brands, including Elementi. Elementi is a brand operated by Hopstitch LLC.
Hopstitch Marketing Uploader is not a public consumer application, is not offered as a third-party service, is not multi-tenant, and is not used by external customers or third-party advertisers.
This policy explains how Hopstitch Marketing Uploader may access, use, store, and protect information when interacting with Meta's Marketing API / Graph API.
Information the app may access
Hopstitch Marketing Uploader may access limited business and advertising data through Meta's Marketing API / Graph API, including:
- Meta ad account identifiers and account metadata
- Campaign, ad set, ad, and ad creative information
- Advertising performance and delivery information
- Page, Instagram, catalog, or business asset identifiers needed to create or manage ads
- Creative asset information needed for Hopstitch LLC's own advertising workflows
- Internal logs related to API requests, upload status, errors, and audit history
The app does not intentionally collect personal consumer data from Meta users. It is used only to manage Hopstitch LLC's own advertising assets.
How we use this information
We use information accessed through the app only for internal advertising operations, including:
- Creating and uploading ad creatives
- Creating, updating, or managing campaigns, ad sets, and ads
- Reviewing advertising configuration and delivery status
- Troubleshooting internal ad upload workflows
- Maintaining internal operational, audit, accounting, security, and compliance records
No sale or external use of Meta platform data
Hopstitch LLC does not sell, rent, or share Meta platform data with third parties for advertising, profiling, resale, or unrelated commercial purposes.
We do not use Meta platform data accessed through Hopstitch Marketing Uploader to build profiles about individuals.
Data may be processed by secure internal infrastructure or service providers only where necessary for hosting, logging, security, backup, troubleshooting, or legal compliance.
Access and security
Access to Hopstitch Marketing Uploader is limited to authorized Hopstitch LLC team members and approved internal systems.
The app uses a Meta Business Manager System User token assigned only to Hopstitch LLC's own business assets. API credentials, access tokens, and related secrets are stored securely and are not made public.
Data retention
We retain advertising records only for as long as needed for business operations, advertising workflow review, troubleshooting, internal audit, accounting, legal compliance, or security purposes.
Access tokens and API credentials are retained only while needed for authorized operation and are rotated or revoked when no longer needed.
Data deletion
Because Hopstitch Marketing Uploader is an internal business tool, external users do not create accounts in the app.

Changes to this policy
