Hopstitch LLC operates Hopstitch Marketing Uploader, an internal advertising operations tool used by our team to create, manage, and review Meta advertising assets for our own business and owned brands, including Elementi. Elementi is a brand operated by Hopstitch LLC.

Hopstitch Marketing Uploader is not a public consumer application, is not offered as a third-party service, is not multi-tenant, and is not used by external customers or third-party advertisers.

Because this is an internal business tool, external users do not create accounts in Hopstitch Marketing Uploader.

What data may be involved

Hopstitch Marketing Uploader may access limited business and advertising data through Meta's Marketing API / Graph API, including:

• Meta ad account identifiers and account metadata
• Campaign, ad set, ad, and ad creative information
• Advertising performance and delivery information
• Page, Instagram, catalog, or business asset identifiers needed to create or manage ads
• Creative asset information needed for Hopstitch LLC's own advertising workflows
• Internal API logs related to upload status, errors, troubleshooting, and audit history

The app does not intentionally collect personal consumer data from Meta users.

How to request data review or deletion

If you believe Hopstitch LLC has received data relating to you through Hopstitch Marketing Uploader, you may request review, correction, or deletion where applicable.

Please include enough information for us to understand and review the request, such as:

• Your name
• Your email address
• A description of the data you believe is involved
• Any relevant Meta Page, Instagram account, ad, campaign, or business context, if known

What happens after a request is received

After receiving a request, Hopstitch LLC will review whether the data exists in systems connected to Hopstitch Marketing Uploader and whether the data can be deleted, corrected, restricted, anonymized, or otherwise addressed under applicable law and platform requirements.

We may need to verify the identity or authority of the person making the request before taking action.

If the request relates to data controlled directly by Meta, we may direct you to Meta's own privacy tools or support channels.

Internal access removal

If an authorized Hopstitch LLC team member or internal system no longer requires access to Hopstitch Marketing Uploader, access will be removed or restricted. System User tokens, API credentials, or related secrets may be rotated or revoked when access is no longer needed, when there is a security concern, or when the app is decommissioned.
