We're particular about what goes into your kitchen. Our gear uses food-grade stainless steel, BPA-free silicone, and wide-mouth mason-jar compatibility, designed to disappear into use and last for years.
Why we started.
A few years ago we kept noticing the same gap: smart, curious cooks who wanted to sprout, ferment, or pull a proper latte at home, but the gear available was either institutional (lab-grade and intimidating) or disposable (cheap and quickly buried in a drawer). We wanted something in between. Premium tools that belong on the counter and work well enough that you actually use them.
