Easy to Use
Add Seeds & Water
Add seeds and water to the your jar and soak over night.
Once the soaking period is complete, drain the water from the jar through the sprouting lid.
Rinse & Drain
Rinse by filling the jar with water, swirling it around, & then pouring the water out through the sprouting lid.
Invert the jar to drain excess water
Rinse & Repeat until Ready
Repeat this rinsing and draining process for several days until your sprouts have reached the desired size.
Enjoy!
When your sprouts are ready enjoy them in salads, sandwiches, stir-fries, and more!
