Below is the contract that covers your purchase from Elementi. It's the usual structure for a small DTC store: who we are, what you're buying, what happens if something goes wrong, and where disputes get resolved (Wyoming, FYI).

The Site is owned and operated by Hopstitch LLC ("we," "us," "our"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of Wyoming, United States. "Elementi" is a brand of Hopstitch LLC.

To purchase from the Site, you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and capable of entering into a binding contract. By placing an order, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Some Site features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@elementi.co if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We try to display our products and their colors, materials, and dimensions as accurately as possible. However:

Placing an order. When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart at the listed price. Your order is confirmed only when we send a confirmation email and charge your payment method.
Right to refuse. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues, or shipping restrictions. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.
Pricing and errors. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount charged.
Taxes. Applicable sales or use taxes will be added at checkout based on your shipping address.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the full order amount, including shipping and taxes.
Shipping options, estimated transit times, and any applicable fees are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.
Risk of loss. Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery by the carrier to the shipping address you provided.
International orders. You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it before placing an order.
Unless specifically stated on a product page or in materials included with the product, products are sold without any manufacturer warranty beyond the applicable return window in our Refund & Return Policy. Except where prohibited by law, all products are sold "as is" and "as available." This does not affect any non-waivable statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product photography, illustrations, videos, and the "Elementi" and "Hopstitch" names and marks — is owned by or licensed to Hopstitch LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial browsing and purchasing.
If you submit reviews, photos, comments, feedback, or other content to the Site ("User Content"), you grant Hopstitch LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and display such content in connection with our business. You represent that your User Content does not violate any third party's rights and is not unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We may remove User Content at our discretion.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and all products, content, and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hopstitch LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Site or any product. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or a product shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hopstitch LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your misuse of the Site or a product, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.
Changes to These Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Termination. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 10, 14, 15, 16, and 19) will continue in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Refund & Return Policy and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hopstitch LLC regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements.
