Thirty days from delivery to send the kit back for a full refund of the product price. No restocking fee, no twenty-question exit survey.

Return shipping is on you if you're just changing your mind, and on us if anything's wrong on our end. The fine print below covers exchanges, damages, cancellations, and international orders so you know exactly where you stand.

Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. Items received back after the 30-day window may be refused or subject to a partial refund at our discretion.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In new or unused condition
  • In their original packaging, with all tags, accessories, inserts, and manuals included
  • Free of signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration caused by the customer
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product-integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded once opened or used:

  • Personalized, engraved, or custom-made items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance" at the time of purchase
  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories

If you are unsure whether an item qualifies, please contact us before returning it.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email hello@elementi.co within 30 days of delivery with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. We'll review your request and, if approved, send you return instructions and a return authorization within 2 business days.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided in our return instructions.

Please do not ship returns back without a return authorization — unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defect, damage in transit, wrong item shipped, or any other error on our part: we cover the return shipping cost and will provide a prepaid return label.

If the return is for any other reason (including change of mind, wrong size, no longer needed, or fit/preference): the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return and confirm the item meets the eligibility requirements above:

  • Approval: We will notify you by email within 2 business days of receipt.
  • Refund issued: Approved refunds are issued within 2 business days of approval to the original payment method.
  • Time to appear in your account: Depending on your bank or card issuer, refunds may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still have not received it, please contact us at hello@elementi.co.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@elementi.co with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging

We'll arrange a replacement, a full refund (including original and return shipping), or store credit — whichever you prefer.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size, color, or item is to return the original (following the process above) and place a new order. If you'd prefer a direct exchange, contact us and we'll coordinate it where possible.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order at no cost if it has not yet been shipped. Contact hello@elementi.co as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, our standard return process applies.

International Returns

Customers outside the USA are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes on returned items unless the return is due to our error. Original duties and taxes paid on delivery are not refundable.
